The republic has a regional personnel program «Heroes of Crimea»

During the meeting, work was discussed in the framework of the regional personnel program “Heroes of Crimea”. This program is an analogue of the federal program “Heroes Time”, which is implemented on behalf of President Vladimir Putin, and has become an important stage in the formation of a system of training competent managers, qualified employees from among their participants for work in the authorities, at enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Crimea.

It is important that in the focus of the attention of listeners of the program there is the correct approach of officials to their tasks and understanding that the main thing for the leader is to plunge into people’s problems, to personally delve into all details— said the head of Crimea.

Sergey Aksyonov separately noted the combat merits of Oleg Pivovarov, who, commanding during his division of the 126th separate guards brigade of the coast guard, tore the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces in the Kherson direction, causing the fire of «grades» to himself. “Your feat, courage, moral and moral core deserve all respect. I am sure that you will make a worthy contribution to the development of our region, to solve important tasks for Crimea, implement all the plans conceived, ”the head of the republic emphasized.

Also, Sergei Aksyonov thanked the military, who, without sparing life and health, perform the tasks of protecting the homeland set by the supreme commander in chief.

REFERENCE. The personnel program “Heroes of Crimea”, in which participants in a special military operation will be given the opportunity to learn modern methods and technologies of management, teamwork and personal development, as well as undergo an internship in various departments and organizations, started in February. More than 900 applications have been submitted from the beginning of the registration. Competitive selection passed 57 people.
