The minimum monthly contribution for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings located in the Republic of Crimea in 2024 will be 8.14 rubles. for one square meter of the total area of ​​residential (non-residential) premises belonging to the owner of such premises.

Let us recall that the main source of financing for work and services for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings is the capital repair fund, which is formed from monthly contributions paid by the owners.
