The opening of the Republican exhibition of photography took place at the Feodosia City House of Culture. The exhibition includes photographs by members of the amateur association “Photography” (headed by Viktor Drozd) of the Folk Art Center of the Republic of Crimea.
The exhibition project was organized by the Folk Art Center of the Republic of Crimea with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture of Crimea and is aimed at supporting photographers and amateur photographers, popularizing their creativity, developing artistic taste, and instilling love for the Motherlandreports the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea.
The exhibition presents 62 author’s retrospective works, executed in a traditional, analogue way (manual laboratory printing). The subjects of the works are portrait, landscape, still life, genre photography.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was supplemented by performances by performing musicians, vocalists, and readers from creative groups of the Feodosia City House of Culture.
As the Ministry of Culture of Crimea clarified, the exhibition is available for viewing until October 25.
