The restriction on the stay of citizens in the forests of Crimea and the entry of vehicles into them has been extended

To prevent the threat of emergency situations and ensure fire safety on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, by order of the Ministry of Ecology of Crimeafrom October 10 to October 30, the restriction on the stay of citizens in forests, the entry of vehicles into them and the carrying out of certain types of work in forests in order to ensure fire safety has been extended.
According to the order, it is prohibited to make fires, carry out fire hazardous work, work using open fire in forests and natural ecosystems, in adjacent areas, including burning logging residues and garbage, dry grass and household waste, carrying out agricultural burning and gas welding work.
Visits to forests are limited with the exception of recreational areas for citizens specified in Appendix No. 2 of the above order.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea reminds that from April 17, 2024, a special fire regime has been introduced on the territory of the peninsula.
In case of detection of a forest fire, please immediately report to the unified emergency number — 112 or to the unified forest protection number: 8-3652-44-28-12.
