The results of the implementation of national projects in the Kirov region of Crimea have been summed up

The national project “Safe Quality Roads” has a great impact on the transport infrastructure of Crimea and the Kirov region, in particular. Every year, the main task in the road sector is solved — putting in order key areas that ensure the accessibility of social institutions, economic facilities and tourism. Since 2020, 5 intermunicipal highways have been repaired: Shakhtino — Kirovskoye, Tavrida — Kirovskoye, Tavrida — Pervomaiskoye, Tavrida — Stary Krym and Privetnoye — Pervomaiskoye with a total length of 38.6 km.

As part of the national project “Culture” in the Literary and Art Museum of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Historical, Cultural, Memorial Museum-Reserve “Cimmeria M.A. Voloshin» equipment for a virtual concert hall was installed. Modern multimedia equipment and high-speed Internet have been equipped, the format of which will allow residents and guests of the city of Old Crimea to become spectators of various cultural events online: symphonic and educational concerts, legendary ballets and musicals, lectures on composers and academic music. And in 2021, the Kirovsky district was replenished with a mobile multifunctional cultural center (car club) for holding cultural events in open spaces. It can easily be transformed into a concert venue with a stage, and is also equipped with modern professional sound, lighting and multimedia equipment with an autonomous uninterruptible power supply. Thanks to the car club in the Kirov region, a unique opportunity has arisen to hold cultural events, holidays, festivals, performances of creative groups, concerts, film screenings and much more.

The basis of the sports infrastructure of the Republic of Crimea is made up of publicly accessible facilities — sports grounds and outdoor exercise equipment complexes in courtyards and parks. The quality and result of the training process and sports training of young athletes largely depends on their provision with the necessary equipment and equipment. A set of sports equipment in the form of small sports uniforms and football fields was supplied to the territory of the Kirovsky district under the national project “Demography”. In addition, 6 sports grounds were installed for physical education and sports, preparation for meeting GTO standards, etc.

Within the framework of the national project “Education”, 16 Education Centers of natural science and technology “Growth Point” have been created and are functioning, in which students master general and additional education programs using modern equipment. Material and technical bases for physical education and sports have been updated in 4 schools in the Kirov region.

Over the course of six months, we optimized the process of washing, sorting and packaging apples according to the national project “Labor Productivity” at a large full-cycle enterprise, LLC “Fruits of Old Crimea”: from growing to wholesale sales of apples of different varieties. Output increased by 36%, work-in-process inventory decreased by 22%, and process time decreased by 27%. The pilot project was carried out under the management of the Federal Competence Center.

The implementation of improvement projects allows us to create an atmosphere of comfort in which people of different ages equally enjoy living, working and actively relaxing. As part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”, work was carried out to create points of attraction in new recreational areas in 16 public areas. The well-maintained park is the best place for leisure for residents of all age groups.

Thus, in 2022, in the territory of the Gorsad city park, as part of the landscaping, recreation areas for various categories of the population were organized. The arrangement of two literary trails was carried out — Alexander Green and Konstantin Paustovsky. The park also has areas for summer recreation and walking, stylized in a marine theme. One of the highlights of the project was a romantic art object — the “Bench of Reconciliation”, which is an elegant wrought-iron bench with seats concave to the center. For newlyweds in the village, an interesting newlywed area has appeared in the form of a wedding carriage with a heart. The urban environment of the park also includes a group of art objects dedicated to the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

To create favorable conditions for improving the provision of medical care in the villages of Lgovskoye and Privetnoye, Kirov region, a major overhaul of 2 medical outpatient clinics was carried out thanks to the national project “Healthcare”.

And to the Kirov Central District Hospital and the Starokrymsk District Hospital named after Academician N.M. Amosov» 14 units of medical equipment were supplied as part of the implementation of a regional project for the development of children’s healthcare and 3 units. road transport as part of the modernization of primary care.

Earlier, in 2020, to provide medical care to residents of rural settlements in the Kirov region, a mobile complex was purchased under the national project to increase the level of access to medical care for residents of rural settlements. Thanks to mobile first aid stations, doctors can travel to remote villages and conduct routine consultations, clinical examinations and preventive medical examinations there. Inside each medical complex there is a personal computer, a couch, a portable electrocardiograph, a pulse oximeter, an automatic defibrillator, an oxygen inhaler, a breathing apparatus, analyzers for determining hemoglobin and glucose levels, a tonometer for providing various types of medical care and a number of other equipment.

Every year in Crimea, a measure of support for farmers and cooperatives is carried out thanks to the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”. Grants in the form of subsidies for the implementation of the project for the creation and development of a peasant (farm) economy and the development of rural cooperation were also received by 5 individual entrepreneurs of the Kirov region.
