The results of the Trade Union Forum are summed up in Sevastopol

A trade union forum “On the tasks of social partnership in modern conditions” was held in Sevastopol. The forum was attended by representatives of the parties to the social partnership: Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Alexander Kulagin, Chairman of the Union “Sevastopol Association of Trade Union Organizations” Vadim Bogachev, Chairman of the Union of the regional branch of the RSPP Alexander Savin, as well as heads of the largest trade union organizations, representatives of the Legislative Assembly, city employers, public organizations. The Sevastopol Regional Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations solves an important task — the protection of the employee, his rights and guarantees. In modern conditions, these tasks are expanded and modified, said Alexander Kulagin.
Today’s forum has become a platform for discussing regional partnerships to protect human rights at work, stimulate them, and find common ground in the training of specialists for certain industries. Today, the participants also discussed corporate programs on health conservation, strengthening cooperation on safety issues, organizing training of work teams in providing first aid in emergency life-threatening situations– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Governor Alexander Kulagin.
Chairman of the Sevastopol Association of Trade Union Organizations Vadim Bogachev emphasized that trade unions continue to actively assist our military personnel and residents of regions that recently became part of Russia. Material resources, clothing, medicine, essential goods, volunteer work in hospitals and military units, assistance to mobilized workers and members of their families — all this has become a familiar part of trade union work.
In her report, the head of the labor department of the department of labor and social protection of the population of Sevastopol, Natalya Maksimova, spoke about the indexation of wages for employees of state institutions in Sevastopol from October 1, 2023.
Let us remind you that a regional agreement between the Government, trade unions and employers for 2022-2024 has been concluded and is in force in the city, which regulates the vast majority of issues in the regional labor sphere. Trade union representatives are active participants in a number of working groups, commissions, boards, and committees.
