The prosecutor’s office of Sudak, at the request of local residents, conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of road safety in terms of the maintenance of roads.
It has been established that the section of the Solnechnaya Dolina – Coastal road leading to the sea is in poor condition. Thus, the road surface has defects, there are no sidewalks and approaches to the pedestrian crossing, road signs and road markings.
In order to bring the road in line with the requirements of technical regulations, the prosecutor’s office of the city filed a statement of claim with the court on the obligation of the GKU RK «Road Service of the Republic of Crimea» to carry out the necessary set of works— reported in the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
The court satisfied the claims of the prosecutor’s office, the execution of the court decision is under control in the prosecutor’s office of the city.
