As a result of the operational-search measures, the police department No. 2 “Kyiv” of the Department of the Department on suspicion of committing a crime was detained by a 49-year-old local resident. It was established that the man prepared in advance for a robbery, from improvised materials he made the item structurally similar to the gun, while not suitable for shooting. Having entered the management company under the pretext of employment, he took out a home -made gun, directing him towards the girl being ahead of him. Strong alcohol intoxication and disturbed coordination of a man helped one of the office workers to withdraw the attacker from the premises,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea said.

The investigator of the police department No. 2 “Kiev” on this fact instituted a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code (robbery). The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to ten years.

Currently, the suspect has been chosen by a preventive measure in the form of detention.
