The Rosreestr website contains an online service to help citizens obtain government services

High-quality preparation of documents, as a rule, serves as the key to timely and successful receipt of government services in any area, including when it comes to state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with them.

To help citizens and organizations, the Rosreestr portal has developed many useful online services, one of which is called simply and clearly — «Life Situations». This platform can become an assistant for applicants in choosing the right algorithm of actions when registering their real estate, based on a person’s specific situation— said the Deputy Prime Minister.

Since many citizens rarely encounter real estate registration and property transactions, it is quite logical that the procedure for obtaining government services in the registration and registration sphere is also not known and understood by everyone.

As Anna Anyukhina explained, the service resembles a chatbot — the user selects from the proposed list who will submit documents for registration actions and in what way. Then the type of property and the action that is planned to be performed with it are indicated. After answering additional clarifying questions, the citizen receives a list of required documents, which can be saved as a separate file or printed. It is noteworthy that at all stages of filling out the copyright holder’s questionnaire, the service does not request the person’s personal data or data about a specific property; it simply directs the person along the right path, based on the user’s answer options.

Based on the results of the responses received, the service provides the user with clear instructions: where to go, what package of documents to collect for registration and registration activities, what is the period for providing a particular service, whether it is provided for a fee or not — this and other information will undoubtedly be useful at the stage of preparing documentsnoted the deputy chairman.
