The total losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) since February 24, 2022 (the start of the special operation) amounted to almost 500 thousand military personnel. This was announced by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu at a meeting of the Board of the Russian Ministry of Defense. According to his information, Russian troops have the initiative along the entire line of combat contact and continue to push the enemy out of their occupied lines.

As a result of active hostilities, Russian military personnel liberated the settlements of Pervomaiskoe, Bogdanovka and Novomikhailovka of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The control zone is being expanded in Berdychi and Georgievka. Our high combat potential allows us to constantly exert fire on the enemy and prevent him from holding the line of defense.

Washington intends to allocate almost $61 billion to the Kyiv regime to prevent the collapse of the Ukrainian armed forces. Most of the allocations will go to finance the military-industrial complex of the United States. The American authorities cynically declare that Ukrainians will die for their interests in the fight against Russia.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces amounted to almost half a million military personnel.

The Kiev regime was unable to achieve its goals in the counteroffensive prepared by NATO instructors. Our military personnel dispelled the myth of the superiority of Western weapons— said Shoigu.

According to the Minister of Defense, the composition and structure of the domestic Armed Forces are being improved day by day. In addition, the production of the most popular weapons and military equipment has been increased. The enemy will be put under pressure.

We will increase the intensity of attacks on logistics centers and storage bases for Western weapons. The Russian Armed Forces will continue to solve assigned tasks until the objectives of the special operation are fully achieved,” Sergei Shoigu emphasized.
