The Russian Society “Knowledge” will hold an educational forum for purposeful youth in Sevastopol

On September 27, an educational forum will take place in Sevastopol as part of the Knowledge.Career track of the Russian Society “Knowledge”. Sevastopol State University will become a platform for meeting young people with mentors. Experienced teachers, business trainers, and entrepreneurs will give students practical recommendations on how to choose a field of activity and successfully start a career path, maintain psychological balance in a busy life, and what government support measures to take advantage of at the start. To participate in the program, you need to register for free on the Knowledge Society website.

The career forum program includes three parallel tracks for the participants to choose from. The “Development” track will help you understand how to decide on a profession and what skills to develop. The “Career” track will show you what to pay attention to when choosing a professional path. The “Business and Startup” track will provide important information about entrepreneurship to those who want to develop in this areasay the event organizers.

Among the lecturers who will speak at the forum:

• psychologist, psychotherapist, coach, career guidance, trainer of “TeamPRO” Svetlana Bratash, she will cover the topics “Career guidance is the basis of a successful career” and “How to write your first resume and conduct a successful self-presentation.”
• Veronika Belyakova, a member of the All-Russian movement “Inspirers”, will give a lecture on the benefits of social activity at the start of a career. Producer of educational formats, teacher at Tavrida.ART Valery Akimov will focus on what soft skills to develop, how to set goals and build a strategy for the future, so as not to deviate from the intended path.
• Maxim Aleinikov, head of IT projects at Rosatom State Corporation, General Director of Neuronet Systems, will talk about how neural networks and artificial intelligence will help in the profession. A lecture and master class on the topic “Mental health for a successful career” will be given by business coach, business consultant, mentor Olga Sergeeva, she will also give recommendations on how to present your project in 60 seconds.
• future entrepreneurs will learn about government support measures for business from Natalia Borisova, director of the NGO “Sevastopol Fund for Support of Business Entities” — the “My Business” center.
• Doctor of Business Administration, coach, business trainer, entrepreneur Vladimir Mikov will hold a master class at the career forum in Sevastopol on methods of generating ideas for business and share his experience on how to develop an entrepreneur’s personal brand.

The Knowledge.Career track, launched by the Knowledge Society in the spring of 2022, introduces young people to opportunities for professional fulfillment.
