The Saksky District Court of the Republic of Crimea imprisoned Krasnodar — they are suspected of major fraud

By a resolution of the Saksky District Court of the Republic of Crimea, the request of the preliminary investigation was satisfied on the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to a repeatedly convicted 35-year-old resident of the Krasnodar Territory accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ˗ Fraud committed on an especially large scale.
From the investigation materials presented to the court, it became known that a 70-year-old resident of the city of Saki appealed to law enforcement agencies with a statement on the theft of more than 7 million rubles, which, under the pretext of transferring funds to the cell of the Central Bank, took possession of the unidentified persons, using the Pay world messenger and the payment system. As a result of the investigative-operational actions, the police officers were detained by a resident of Krasnodar, who was one of the links of the criminal chain. During the interrogation as a suspect and the accused, the man confessed. The conclusions of the preliminary investigation of the involvement in the investigated case of the accused are confirmed by the materials of the criminal case,-the press service of the court said.
The court came to the conclusion that the investigator’s arguments that there are sufficient grounds to believe that, being at large, the accused may hide from the preliminary investigation or court, as well as continue to engage in criminal activity. A man of restraint in the form of detention for a period of 1 month 25 days was chosen to a man.
The decision did not enter into legal force.
