The Seavas restaurant will still be demolished: either by the owners or the Government of Sevastopol

CrimeaPRESS reports:

For the demolition of the Seavas restaurant in Artbukhta, reports «Sevastopol newspaper»the court released him for six months, but during this time the owner of the establishment only dismantled the summer terrace and removed the furniture.

As the Vice-Governor of Sevastopol Svetlana Pirogova reported in her Telegram channel, the Arbitration Court of Sevastopol ordered PIR LLC, at its own expense, to demolish the unauthorized building — the Seavas restaurant in Artbukhta within six months. The period for “voluntary” demolition has already expired, so enforcement proceedings have been initiated.

The owner of the restaurant tried through the court to extend the demolition period for a year, but on April 10, 2024, the Twenty-first Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to grant PIR LLC a deferment.

Meanwhile, the process of demolishing the restaurant building by its owners is underway: the summer terrace, interior cladding and paving around the restaurant have been dismantled, furniture has been removed.

If the process of dismantling this establishment is delayed, the government of Sevastopol will exercise the right to independently demolish the building of the Seavas restaurant with the subsequent recovery of the amount of expenses incurred from PIR LLC.— S. Pirogova threatened.

The Seavas restaurant appeared in Sevastopol on site and actually in the building of the Rybatsky Stan restaurant in 2017. Two years later, in 2019, the city prosecutor’s office identified violations in the lease agreement, according to which the area of the land plot provided to the commercial structure back in 2011 was illegally increased.
