From September 9 to 30, RNCB Bank will hold the Energy of the South Healthy Lifestyle Festival for the second time in a row, the main task of which is to create a comfortable space for everyone who chooses a healthy lifestyle and all-round development.
Energy of the South will be held offline in three southern cities: Simferopol, Sevastopol and Krasnodar. Residents of other regions will be able to participate online. For three weeks, everyone will have access to daily free workouts, creative activities, literary readings, master classes on ecology, as well as lectures on proper nutrition. For participation in each activity, points are awarded that can be exchanged for valuable gifts — an annual fitness card, concert tickets, a sports bike and other interesting prizes— reported the press service of the RNKB.
But that’s not all: visitors will have the opportunity to take part in four city projects in key areas of the Festival: sports, health, self-development and ecology. For example, test yourself for strength in the Energy of Sports online challenge, counting the number of steps taken, or in the Clean Energy eco-run with garbage collection. You can also support the promotion of the donation program through the Share Your Energy initiative, immerse yourself in the history of the city with an online guide, or master financial literacy skills as part of the special City Energy project.
Our social and educational project successfully debuted in 2022: about 5,000 people received free access to free sports activities and useful information about a healthy lifestyle in interactive lecture halls. It is symbolic that the program is designed for 21 days: this is the minimum period for the formation of new healthy habits. We are glad that the initiative to promote a healthy lifestyle has found a lively response from the citizens.
