The Sevastopol branch of the SFR provides monthly cash payments to more than 35 thousand citizens

CrimeaPRESS reports:

In Sevastopol, 35,120 federal beneficiaries receive monthly cash payments (MCB). These are citizens with disabilities, combat veterans, citizens who suffered as a result of radiation or man-made disasters, Heroes of Russia and the USSR, family members of deceased Heroes of Russia and the USSR, as well as full holders of the Orders of Glory and Labor Glory, Heroes of Labor, etc. If a citizen has the right to EDV for several reasons; it will be established on the basis that provides for a higher payment amount.

Sevastopol residents can apply for EDV remotely through the State Services portal, as well as during a personal visit to the client services of the SFR and MFC. Citizens with disabilities, as well as citizens awarded the title of Hero of Russia, are assigned an EDV without application. The department of the Sevastopol Social Fund receives all the necessary information through interdepartmental interaction.

If desired, recipients of payments can choose a set of social services in exchange for part of the EDV. This includes the provision of medications according to a doctor’s prescription, the provision of vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment, free travel on commuter trains, as well as on long-distance trains to and from the place of treatment. The exceptions are Heroes of Russia and the USSR, family members of deceased (deceased) Heroes of Russia and the USSR, as well as full holders of the Orders of Glory and Labor Glory, Heroes of Labor — for these categories, EDV is provided in the form of monthly cash payments.
