In the Leninsky department of bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for Sevastopol, there was a consolidated enforcement proceeding against one of the construction companies in the city of Sevastopol, initiated on the basis of the Acts in the case of administrative offenses of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea.
On the territory of the land plot on which the construction company operates, a source of emissions of harmful substances polluting the atmospheric air was found, as well as tire waste, polyethylene film waste and products from it, plastic waste, plastic containers, waste construction and repair, the storage of which is not carried out in a specially equipped facility, which negatively affects the environment. In addition to all violations on the land plot, there is a well made without special permission and installed without a water meter , the press service of the UFSSP of Russia for Sevastopol reported.
For violation of the rules of the organization’s activities, a fine of more than 2 million rubles was imposed. The company repaid the debt only after the bailiff imposed restrictions and encumbrances on the property of the offender.
