The Sevastopol delegation took part in the opening of the National Center «Russia»
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On November 4, by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the National Center “Russia” began its work. The purpose of its creation is to demonstrate the achievements of the country and its citizens on an ongoing basis, preserving the legacy of the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”.
The first event to open the large-scale center was the International Science Fiction Symposium “Creating the Future,” which runs from November 4 to 6. Participants will enjoy three busy days and more than 60 events dedicated to four research objects: the future of man, the future of technology, the future of a multipolar world, and the future of civilizations.
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants, organizers and guests of the symposium:
For a serious, detailed conversation about long-term, strategic plans, about how we see our future, the forum brought together on its platform representatives of different professions, ages, generations — writers and philosophers, scientists and cultural figures, youth, – emphasized the President of the Russian Federation.
Among the participants of the symposium is a delegation from Sevastopol. Representatives of city authorities and Sevastopol State University take part in the plenary discussion “Philosophy of the Future”, panel discussions “The Future of a Multipolar World” and “Studying the Future”, expert discussion “Brain Evolution: How is the World Changing Us?”, discussion “Designing the Future: Architecture avant-garde», and other events within the framework of the International Symposium.
The international symposium “Creating the Future” is dedicated to popularizing multipolarity and strengthening multilateral dialogue in the present and future. As our President noted, despite the current challenges that the country faces today, we must set ourselves goals that are ahead of time. During the event, the Sevastopol delegation represents the city at the symposium, studies the ideas of the National Center, and also exchanges experience with other regions and peoples– notes Deputy Governor Maria Litovko.
Let us remind you that in accordance with the Presidential Order, all federal executive authorities, state-owned companies and corporations, public organizations and regions must take part in the work of the National Center “Russia”.
