The Sevastopol traffic police sums up the results of Operation Moto. How many bikes were sent to the impound lot?

During the “Moto” raid from June 7 to 9, 95 cases of administrative offenses were initiated against 87 drivers, owners and passengers of motor vehicles. This was reported by the State Traffic Inspectorate of Sevastopol.
Over the course of 3 days, two motorcyclists were found to be intoxicated, one of them repeatedly drove a vehicle while intoxicated. 36 drivers did not have or were deprived of the right to drive a vehicle, 24 drove a motorcycle without a motorcycle helmet, and seven were without a compulsory motor liability insurance policy. 33 vehicles were seized and taken to a specialized parking lot. Three legal representatives of minors were brought to administrative responsibility for transferring the right to drive to a person who does not have a driver’s license (Part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation)said the traffic police.
The “Moto” raid is aimed at identifying and suppressing violations of traffic rules by motor vehicle drivers. Traffic inspectors also held preventive conversations with motorcyclists about the need to use helmets and other protective equipment, and the importance of complying with the requirements for vehicle registration and their timely maintenance. Law enforcement officers urged drivers to maintain the permitted speed limit and a safe distance from other vehicles.
The Sevastopol State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that to drive mopeds you must have a category M driver’s license. For driving mopeds without a driver’s license or the required category, a fine of up to 15 thousand rubles is provided. For the transfer of motor vehicles to minors who do not have a driver’s license, a fine of 30 thousand rubles is provided.
