The Sevizbirsk Electoral Commission refused to certify the list of candidates for the Party of Pensioners for Social Justice

The Sevastopol City Electoral Commission (SCEC) has decided to refuse the Regional Branch of the Political Party «Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice» in the city of Sevastopol in certifying the city list of candidates for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol of the third convocation, nominated by the electoral association.

The reason for the refusal was the lack of necessary documents for notification of the nomination of the city list of candidates for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol of the third convocation. The decision was made on July 6, 2024 at the 11th meeting of the SGIK following the consideration by the Working Group on the acceptance and verification of electoral documents of the previously submitted package of documents— the press service of the Sevastopol City Electoral Commission reported.
