The SFR branch in Sevastopol launched a special telegram chat for policyholders

The Sevastopol branch of the Social Fund of Russia has launched a telegram chat for more than 13 thousand employers in the region. Here, specialized specialists from the regional Branch of the Financial Markets Service help to understand the issues of personalized accounting and administration of insurance premiums, insurance against industrial accidents, etc.
The chat has created thematic sections for policyholders in the following areas of work: registration and deregistration, sick leave, payments in connection with maternity, child care up to 1.5 years; reporting in the ESF-1 form, collection of debt on insurance premiums, etc.
Telegram chat consultations are provided during business hours from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 16:45. Answers to questions received on holidays and weekends are posted in the chat until 10:00 am the next business day.

Employers can also get advice by calling the regional contact center for policyholders (8 8692 53-96-90) and select the appropriate option in tone mode: “direct payments, other social insurance benefits” — extension 1;
- “EFS-1 reporting” — additional 2;
- “insurance premiums” — additional 3;
- “work accident” — additional 4.
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 16:45.
