The shift for schoolchildren in the Crimean camp “Star” ended under the supervision of student leaders
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A busy session for teenagers actively involved in student self-government has ended at the Zvezdny children’s health camp. Over the course of 10 days, the leaders of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian Student Teams (RSO) became real mentors for the participants: they helped develop leadership qualities, instilled teamwork skills and contributed to strengthening school assets. Teenagers mastered the basics of project activities, participated in business games and solved management problems that contributed to the development of team management skills.
One of the significant moments of the program was a lecture dedicated to teenage labor groups. Schoolchildren learned about the opportunities that participation in the student movement opens up for them, and how working in labor groups helps develop personal and professional skills.
Working with teenagers as part of such shifts is not just an opportunity to transfer knowledge, but also a step towards forming a responsible generation ready for professional challenges. Such initiatives lay the foundation for future success and foster respect for work and teamwork, — notes the head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups, Vladimir Kaidansky.
The Crimean regional branch of the Russian Student Teams implements programs aimed at youth development, including work projects and initiatives to strengthen leadership skills. The shift at the Zvezdny children’s school was another step in the development of self-government skills and professional training of schoolchildren, providing them with support from experienced mentors.
