The ship side, which receives heat from the Sevastopol Thermal Power Plant, will be heated by modular boiler houses
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In September, State Unitary Enterprise Sevteploenergo reports «Sevastopol newspaper», signed 11 contracts with the Moscow company Kirsan-Capital LLC to carry out design and survey work to transfer the heat load from the heating points of the Sevastopol Thermal Power Plant to new block-modular gas boiler houses on the streets of Parshina, 2a, Menzhinskogo, 5, Mekhanizatorov, 11a, Zhidilova , 30, Melnika, 9a, Pobeda Ave., 6a, 13, 23a, 66a. All of these boiler houses provide heat supply to consumers in the Nakhimovsky municipal district.
According to the documentation, the contractor must carry out engineering surveys, prepare design documentation and obtain state expertise for it. In addition, as part of the preparatory work, state historical and cultural examinations were carried out: reconstruction objects are not classified as cultural heritage sites.
The total cost of 11 contracts is 135.8 million rubles. The contractor has already received half of the total cost of the work in advance.
The estimated time frame for the construction of block-modular boiler houses for completed projects is 2023-24. Their total cost is estimated at approximately 1.87 billion rubles. The reconstruction of the heating system in Sevastopol is taking place within the framework of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol” and is financed from the federal budget.
The Sevastopol Thermal Power Plant was put into operation in January 1937. During the Great Patriotic War, the power plant was destroyed and the equipment was taken to Germany. After the liberation of Sevastopol from the occupation of German troops, the thermal power plant was restored from 1944 to 1951 and resumed power supply to vital facilities of the city, the Black Sea Fleet and the cities of Crimea.
From 2003 to 2019, this property complex was rented by SGS PLUS LLC. The microdistricts served by the thermal power plant received hot water around the clock, while in the rest of Sevastopol there was no centralized supply of hot water.
Since June 2, 2019, the Sevastopol CHPP has been in operation by the state unitary enterprise Sevteploenergo.
