The Silver Horse mackerel 2023 film festival is being announced in Sevastopol. When?

This will be the fourth international festival “Silver horse mackerel” under the sign of the cute Black Sea fish, which is held in Sevastopol.

The dates of its holding were postponed, but now the final decision has been made — the festival will take place on December 22-23. This time the film forum program will include 15 nominations, and one more will be added to the traditional ones — “Best Student Film”. At the end of the festival, all winners will be awarded the traditional Silver Horse mackerel figurine. This is the main prize of the festival, which has a deeply philosophical meaning, which the organizers are ready to talk about endlessly.
