The Simferopol district revealed the fact of improper performance of parental duties
Krympress reports:
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Simferopol district conducted an audit and established the identity of the driver. It turned out to be a 12-year-old resident of one of the villages.
Since the person who committed the offense did not reach the age of bringing to administrative responsibility, police officers drew up administrative material on the father of a minor under Part 1 of Art. 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Failure to fulfill or improper performance by parents or other legal representatives of minor duties on the maintenance, education, training, protection of the rights and interests of minors”.
Dear parents! We remind you that the management of a vehicle who has not reached adulthood is a violation of the law and can lead to serious consequences — both legal and physical. We ask you to carefully monitor who the car trusts, and in no case transfer the keys to the vehicles to your children until they receive a driver’s license. Remember, the safety of your children depends primarily on your responsibility and attentiveness. Police officers urge you to show vigilance and strictly observe the rules of the road. Take care of yourself and your loved ones! -noted in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
