The Social Fund is expanding its appointment hours at its client services throughout the country. Starting in March, the foundation’s offices, in addition to the main service on weekdays, will receive visitors on an additional day — every last Saturday of the month.
The first additional day of admission will be March 30, which falls on the last Saturday next month. On this day, as on all other additional days of service, the SFR Branch in Sevastopol will receive visitors from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The introduction of one more day of fund operation during the month will improve customer service and increase the availability of financial services services. The new schedule will be especially convenient for working Russians, since they will be able to apply for services on their days off.
Information about the operating hours of the regional branch of the Financial Markets Service, taking into account the additional day, will appear in all client services in the near future. Registration for an appointment on an additional day will also be open through the Social Fund’s electronic service. You can always clarify the current work schedule of the nearest customer service, taking into account all changes, by calling the contact center 8-800-100-00-01 (the call is free from any region of Russia).
Please note that before visiting the client office of the Social Fund, you can try to resolve the issue through the contact center. Its operators will provide assistance and try to provide the necessary information remotely. If you cannot do without a personal visit, you can make an appointment through the pre-registration service.
