The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Center for Social Services for Elderly and Disabled Citizens of Yalta» provides an additional social service «Social Taxi», which is provided by specialized vehicles of the institution for the disabled and other people with limited mobility living in the territory of the municipality of the city district of Yalta.
The service is provided in accordance with the Regulations on the provision of additional social services «Social Taxi» to disabled people and other people with limited mobility of the Republic of Crimea, approved by order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea dated September 22, 2017 No. 536.
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea dated July 6, 2018 No. 370 the tariff for the transport service «Social Taxi» for 1 km is 13 rubles. One trip is considered to be the passage of a motor vehicle (travel route) and the time of forced downtime (waiting for a citizen). The travel of one person accompanying a citizen is free of charge. The standard waiting time by the driver of the consumer of the service before the start of the trip is no more than 20 minutes, during the trip no more than 60 minutes. Waiting time over 20 minutes or 60 minutes, respectively, is paid by the consumer of the service based on the calculation of the cost of one kilometer: for 10 minutes of waiting — 13 rubles.
For free service is provided only to veterans of the Great Patriotic War once a month.
Persons with disabilities and people with limited mobility have the right to receive the service:
- disabled people of groups 1 and 2 with a pronounced degree of limitation of the ability to move independently;
- disabled children with an accompanying person;
- elderly people with disabilities;
- veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
The service is provided to citizens when traveling to the following socially significant infrastructure facilities of the Republic of Crimea:
- healthcare institutions;
- institutions of services of medical and social expertise;
- institutions of social protection of the population;
- prosthetic and orthopedic enterprises and centers;
- divisions of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation;
- institutions of justice;
- notary offices;
- airports, railway stations, bus station in the presence of a voucher for spa treatment;
- point of rental of technical means of rehabilitation;
- rehabilitation centers for the disabled of the Republic of Crimea;
- sanatoriums and dispensaries with a permit;
- educational organizations (for disabled children).
The priority right to receive the service is enjoyed by disabled people and people with limited mobility who go to healthcare facilities.
The service is provided to customers on preliminary applications submitted to the Center at least one day and no more than two days before the deadline for fulfilling the application.
In case of refusal of the application, the customer is obliged to inform the Center about this at least 1 hour before the appointed time.
The service is provided from Monday to Friday (working days) from 09:00 to 18:00.
The provision of services and acceptance of applications on weekends and holidays is not carried out. There is no going up and down from the floors.
The service is not provided:
- citizens with mental disorders; quarantine infectious patients;
- citizens with an active form of tuberculosis;
- citizens who are in a state of alcoholic (toxic, narcotic) intoxication;
- in case of inconsistency of data about the customer identified during the audit;
- in the event of the expiration of the conclusion of the medical and social examination on the disability of the applicant at the time of the provision of the transport service;
- in case of refusal of the customer to provide the necessary information for the provision of the service.
