The stage of interviews of the participants in the educational program «Sevastopol — City of Heroes» ends

By this time, almost all project participants — 305 people went through a serious assessment of competencies. To ensure a high quality process, a professional expert group was formed.

We launched the regional program “Sevastopol is the city of heroes” to prepare highly qualified leaders from among the participants and veterans for their further work in government and state enterprises. In fact, we create a personnel elevator for our heroes,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Governor Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.

Participants demonstrated good results and genuine interest in the development of their potential.

Those who did not have time to pass the interview will be able to do this until June 20. We had a certain set of questions that we asked the participants. Among them there are current military personnel who are on the combat contact line. They also found the opportunity to contact us and pass an interview. I saw their burning eyes, and they shared excellent ideas about how to improve my city and serve Sevastopol— said an expert on assessment in the educational program, deputy head of the KSVO Sevastopol Victoria Makarenko.

Training starts on September 1. Each participant will receive a personal mentor.
