The start of accepting applications for participation in the All-Russian Festival «A Man Knowing the World»

The acceptance of applications for participation in the XV All-Russian Film Festival «A Man Knowing the World», dedicated to strengthening the interethnic unity of the peoples of the Russian Federation, has started.

The festival is held with the assistance of the Crimean Ministry of Culture. The organizers of the film project are the Crimean Film and Media Center and LLC «Jupiter-XXI» (Moscow). The aim of the project is to popularize Russian cinema to develop respect for the culture and history of the country, to promote the strengthening of the interethnic unity of the peoples of Russia, the formation of patriotism and citizenship among the audience. The program of events of the festival is aimed at familiarization of residents of the Republic of Crimea with new and little-known works of domestic cinematography to a wide audience; creation of a platform for the education of patriotism, social and civic responsibility by means of cinema; formation of a professional communicative environment for the interaction of filmmakers with teachers, parents and children; attracting attention to the cinema art of viewers of different ages; implementation of pre-professional education in the field of cinema for adolescents and youth— noted in the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea.

The festival will be held from 12 to 15 September 2023 in Simferopol, other cities and regions of the Republic of Crimea.
