The “Summer Sevastopol” project was launched in Sevastopol

The start of the Sevastopol summer is marked by the colorful annual creative project “Summer Sevastopol”. The project has become a traditional event in the city’s summer cultural calendar. Every Saturday, Sevastopol residents and guests of the city will be able not only to enjoy performances by the best creative groups, but also to participate in interactive programs, competitions and much more. Thanks to the joint efforts of all participants, it is possible to create a varied program that will satisfy the interests of different audiences. In addition, summer cinemas are starting to operate, where everyone can watch movies for free in the evening. Also, the project is being implemented in villages, for example, the “Cinema Club” continues its work, where film screenings are held not only for children, but also for adults. During the holidays, children are shown films, domestic cartoons and films for the whole family— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of culture, Angela Sumakova.

Tomorrow, on International Children’s Day, a concert program “Childhood is a Planet of Dreams” will be held for the children, where the best groups and artists of Sevastopol will perform bright numbers, and after the festive concert there will be a screening of family films.

Let us remind you that in 2023, as part of the “Summer Sevastopol”, Sevastopol residents saw more than 10 concert programs, sang more than 200 songs and heard 5 orchestras.
