The swimming season at all Crimean resorts will open in a week, while in the Central Federal District it is already open. This was reported by TASS Scientific Director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand:
The swimming season has opened everywhere in the Central Federal District. At the resorts of Crimea, it is still impossible to say that the season is completely open. For example, in Alushta the water temperature is 19 degrees Celsius, in Feodosia — 20, but in Evpatoria — 23. That is, it is still unstable there, but in a week the swimming season will fully open in Crimea.
The forecaster clarified that in Gelendzhik the water temperature warmed up to 23 degrees, in Sochi — to 24.
