At the extended board meeting in the Department of the Federal Tax Service for the city of Sevastopol, held on the eve of the professional holiday, the results of the work of the regional department for the past period 2022 of the year were summed up.
The meeting of the board was attended by the Chief Federal Inspector of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District A.I. Akulov, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol V.V. Nemtsev, Deputy Governor — Chairman of the Government of the city of Sevastopol A.N. Parikin.
Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol A.N. Mohyla, summing up the main results of the work, noted that despite the challenges that the country’s economy has been experiencing over the past years — the pandemic, sanctions pressure from unfriendly countries, tax revenues and fees in Sevastopol are growing every year.
On the territory of Sevastopol for 10 months 2022 of the year, 18, 6 billion rubles were mobilized to the consolidated budget of the country . The figure for the same period last year was exceeded by 19 percent, or by 3.2 billion rubles.
Federal budget revenues increased by 18 percent and amounted to 5.6 billion rubles.
14 9 billion rubles were mobilized to the budget of Sevastopol, which is 19 percent higher than the indicator 19 of the year.
This year, 9.4 billion rubles of insurance premiums have been transferred to state non-budgetary funds, exceeding the previous year’s figure by 6 percent.
Head of the Department A.N. Mogila said: “We all want to succeed, to live in a developed society and a prosperous country. And taxes are the foundation. These are the first lines of the Manifesto of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The service is constantly evolving and strives to become advanced. Our employees, following the Manifesto, got involved in the implementation of its main provisions. I believe that the joint work of the Administration, the Government of Sevastopol and the Legislative Assembly will create comfortable and safe conditions for the business community of our region. Under such conditions, any taxpayer, from the self-employed to the owner of a large enterprise, will be able to confidently plan their future, and therefore invest in the future of the whole society.”
The invited heads of the executive and legislative authorities thanked the staff of the Department for the high results in their work and wished them further achievements, noting the professional approach and high efficiency of the regional tax department.
Addressing the employees of the tax service, the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol V.V. Nemtsev congratulated the audience on their professional holiday and emphasized: “As the head of the Sevastopol parliament, first of all, I would like to note our well-established interaction. We are working closely with you, working together on the creation of legislative acts necessary to ensure the life of the city. Our communication is as prompt as possible, unformalized and always useful for each of the parties. Also, as a deputy, I am pleased with the excellent indicator of effective dialogue with citizens, the availability of both electronic and digital services, as well as face-to-face communication. I would like to wish you that the authority of the tax service and the tax literacy of the population continue to grow!”.
A.I. Akulov noted the high level of interaction between the Office of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District and the tax service: “All tasks are solved quickly, clearly and at a high level. Today, our Motherland faces new challenges and threats — it is more important than ever to maintain budgetary discipline and timely receipt of finances.”
Deputy Governor — Chairman of the Government of the city of Sevastopol A.N. Parikin congratulated the employees of the Department on their professional holiday and significant results of their work and stressed that high professionalism, adherence to principles and accumulated experience allow the tax service to make a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the city.
For effective public civil service, organization of effective work in achieving tasks and professional performance of official duties, the head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol A.N. Mogila was awarded a letter of thanks from the Senator of the Russian Federation from Sevastopol S.N. Kolbina.
On the eve of the professional holiday 18, employees of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol were awarded Certificates of Honor and Gratitude from the Government of Sevastopol and the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol. For conscientious work, high professionalism and exemplary performance of official duties, 5 employees were awarded departmental certificates and insignia of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
