Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate brought to justice a driver who grossly violated traffic rules. A video from social networks, in which the driver of a Chevrolet car grossly violated the Traffic Rules, helped to find the offender.
It was established that on September 12, at 11:12 minutes on the street. Kirov, the taxi driver drove through a prohibitory traffic light, thereby violating traffic regulations. State Traffic Inspectorate officers conducted a check and identified the motorist. He turned out to be a 48-year-old citizen. Protocols were drawn up against him under Part 1 of Art. 12.12 (Driving at a prohibiting traffic light signal or at a traffic controller’s prohibiting gesture) and under Art. 12.18 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses (Failure to provide priority in traffic to pedestrians or other road users)— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The violating taxi driver was given administrative fines in the amount of 2,500 rubles.
