The third All-Russian conference “Real Estate of Crimea: reality and prospects” will take place in September

The organizers of the conference “Real Estate of Crimea: Reality and Prospects” note that the event, which is taking place on the Crimean peninsula for the third time in a row, promises to be larger this year when compared with the two previous events. There will be several differences. One thing remains unchanged — the professional level. Both participants and speakers traditionally include exclusively experts in their respective industries.
The conference has already become an annual event. The difference this year is that it will take place not in Sevastopol, but in Yalta. And not in May, but in September. It will take place at the Yalta-Intourist hotel. Traditionally, the organizers of the event are: the Russian Guild of Realtors, the Sevastopol Real Estate Association, the Crimean Guild of Realtors.
The general theme of the conference remains traditional: “Real Estate of Crimea: reality and prospects.” But this year we are focusing on IT technologies and digitalization in construction and the real estate market,” notes the chairman of the organizing committee of the All-Russian conference “Real Estate of Crimea: reality and prospects” Ruslan Marinutsa.
The main directions that have been identified:

- marketing,
- production,
- consulting,
- banks,
- insurance,
- Housing and communal services.

This year there is also a difference in terms of the structure of the conference. It will last three days. And their “scenarios” will be different.
So, the first day will be entirely devoted to the topic of digitalization. IT technologies and digital solutions that are of interest to all participants in the real estate market will be discussed.
The second day is three parallel lines. As they say, according to interests. Line for mortgage consultants and mortgage brokers. The second line is for realtors and real estate agencies. And the third is for developers and builders.
The third day: excursions, business tours to new buildings in Crimea, as well as master classes for specialists.
And the most important difference between the third conference and the previous two is that there will be an exhibition on all three days of it.
