The «Time of Heroes» program — new opportunities for the development of SVO participants in the field of public administration

This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, who is one of the mentors of the veterans of the special operation.
The «Time of Heroes» program, established by President Vladimir Putin, and the mentoring track within its framework will allow participants and veterans of the SVO to open up new opportunities for development in the field of public administration and the work of state corporations. About 44 thousand people applied to participate in the Program. These are true patriots of our country who should receive support from the state, – said Dmitry Chernyshenko.
At the moment, the results of the first block of training for the students of the Time of Heroes Program have been summed up. During the training, the participants learned the basics of working in the civil service and outlined the areas in which they would like to develop in the future. The first module of the program will continue in the format of an internship for participants at federal agencies and the largest state corporations in Russia.
Each of them will have a mentor who will not only guide the hero, but also help build a career in the civil service. Among the mentors are employees of the Presidential Administration, members of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, heads of regions, and general directors of state corporations.
The «Time of Heroes» program started on May 27. Of the 44 thousand applicants for participation in the first stream, 83 people with relevant management experience and development potential were selected.
