On November 25, in Simferopol, in honor of the fifth anniversary of the Tortida confectionery art festival, the “Personal Brand of the Confectioner” forum was held and the Tortida Festival Award was awarded for contribution to the development of confectionery art in Crimea.
The speakers of the forum were experts from the confectionery and gingerbread world Evgenia Voloshina from Magnitogorsk and Anna Naumenko from Novofedorovka. For five years, the Tortida confectionery art festival has been holding competitions and supporting confectioners, gingerbread makers and bakers. Participates in partner events, introducing the public to products made from natural products. Preserving the traditions of using natural raw materials and developing consumer taste are the main goals of the festival. And this year, for the first time, the Prize was awarded to those who follow these principles and hold a high standard in the production of confectionery products, who teach confectionery art and take an active part in Tortida events, — said the organizers of the event.
The award winners were:

- Nadezhda Goncharyuk, Dzhankoy, winner of the baking competition “Tortida 2019: Theater of Desserts”, champion of the South of Russia in bread baking 2019. Tortida expert. Nomination “Property of Crimea”.
- Tatyana Lomakina, Dzhankoy, winner of the confectionery competition “Tortida 2020: New Year’s decorations.” Nomination “Luxury of Taste”.
- Valentina Pronik, Kerch, winner of the confectionery competition “Tortida 2018: Sweet Journey”, gingerbread masters competition “Tortida 2019: Theater of Desserts”, champion of Russia in gingerbread craftsmanship 2019. Nomination “Refinement of Taste”.
- Olesya Bogatova, Krasnogvardeyskoe, winner of the confectionery competition “Tortida 2019: Theater of Desserts.” Nomination «The Art of Taste».
- Elena Voronetskaya, Novofedorovka, winner of the confectionery competition “Tortida 2022: Happiness”. Nomination «Harmony of Taste».
- Anna Naumenko, Novofedorovka, winner of the gingerbread makers competition “Tortida 2022: Happiness”. Nomination «Extravaganza of Taste».
- Svetlana Gapon, Sevastopol, winner of the confectionery competition “Tortida 2022: Happiness”. Nomination “Richness of Taste”.
- Tatyana Pochernina, Simferopol, teacher at the Crimean College of Public Catering and Trade. Tortida expert. The award was given for his contribution to the development of confectionery art.
- Inna Nikulina, Simferopol, teacher at the Crimean College of Catering and Trade. Tortida expert. The award was given for his contribution to the development of confectionery art.
- Nadezhda Polubekhina, Sevastopol, deputy director for educational and production work of the Sevastopol Trade and Economic College. Tortida expert. The award was given for his contribution to the development of confectionery art.
