The total debt of the residents of Yalta for heat alone… is over one hundred million rubles

In Greater Yalta, raids began with the participation of municipal enterprises and bailiffs to deal with debtors for utility services. All debts will be collected in court. Head of Yalta Administration Yanina Pavlenko reminded about the need for timely payment:

A new heating season is starting, and debts are hanging over the consumed heat from last year. And there are those who do not pay for several years. The same situation applies to rent. The total debt of Yalta residents and non-resident apartment owners to management companies and Yalta Heating Networks is more than 100 million rubles.

The obligation to pay for housing and utilities is stated in the Housing Code of Russia. I ask you not to wait for the bailiffs, but to immediately close the debts, or enter into an agreement on debt restructuring.
