The training program for entrepreneurs has ended at the Sevastopol center “My Business”

The two-day intensive course for entrepreneurial managers consisted of the following blocks:

• management and management cycle;
• formation of leadership qualities of a manager;
• motivation and stimulation methods;
• employee involvement in the work process.

21 entrepreneurial managers completed the intensive training program. At the end of the courses, participants received certificates in a ceremonial ceremony. This is one of the key activities ahead of Russian Entrepreneurship Day.
