The unified duty dispatch service of the city of Simferopol processes two hundred applications daily

The head of the Simferopol administration, Mikhail Afanasyev, checked the work of the city Unified Duty Dispatch Service.

The work is carried out around the clock, applications are accepted by specialists and sent according to their competence for further response. Applicants are provided with feedback based on the results of processing the message by relevant structural divisions of the city or resource supply organizations,” Afanasyev noted.

Every day the EDDS receives about 200 applications. The main topics of appeals are traffic, urban issues and electricity supply.
