CrimeaPRESS reports:
As part of the World Children’s Day, which is celebrated annually on November 20, as well as within the framework of the All-Russian Day of Legal Assistance to Children, a joint reception of citizens on problematic issues of families and children was held at the site of the Office of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the city of Sevastopol on November 19. The vice-president of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol, Maxim Yurchenko, took part in this event.
At joint meetings, the most complex issues that require the participation of several specialists are regularly considered. Residents of Sevastopol addressed problematic issues related to registration of guardianship, collection of alimony, registration of benefits for a large family of a SVO participant, calculation and payment of state support measures, relations in school groups, protection of personal non-property and property rights of children, and others. Some of the issues were quickly resolved on the spot, and specialists from relevant departments provided professional advice. A number of issues that require greater participation have been taken under the personal control of Marina Peschanskaya, the Commissioner for Children’s Rights and the prosecutor’s office.
