The volume of financial support for enterprises and small businesses in the Republic of Crimea amounted to 13.5 billion rubles
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk announced that the volume of financial support for enterprises and small businesses in the Republic of Crimea amounted to 13.5 billion rubles.
This is, first of all, the provision of state support measures for the tourism industry. Subsidies were received by 2,735 legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. This made it possible to preserve labor collectives and prevent the termination of their activities. Last year, the selling price of grain and leguminous crops remained low – 40% below the 2022 level. In order to level out such trends, 275 enterprises received support by reimbursing part of the costs of production and sale of grain crops— quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Yuri Gotsanyuk.
According to the Prime Minister of Crimea, enterprises in the fishing industry have been allocated funds to reimburse costs incurred in 2023 for fishing and mariculture production in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas.
Small and medium-sized businesses are provided with preferential loans, restructuring, rent, grants, training and many other types of support. Thanks to a set of measures, the volume of lending to enterprises last year increased by almost 41% and amounted to more than 324 billion rubles, which, among other things, allowed businesses to adapt to modern conditions. This was facilitated by the emergence of large financial organizations in the republic, such as Promsvyazbank and Sberbank, which increases the accessibility of financial services, has a positive effect on the business climate, economic development, and serves as a signal that investing in Crimea is safe and profitable, says Yuri Gotsanyuk.
