The volume of investments in the Crimean economy has increased, but only slightly

The volume of investments in the economy of Crimea in the first half of 2024 increased by 0.2% compared to the same period in 2023, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development reported, citing deputy head of the department Dmitry Volvach.
In the first half of 2024, the economy of the Republic received 97.5 billion rubles of investment, which is 0.2% more than in the first half of last yearsays in message.
It is also noted that the volume of extra-budgetary investments increased by 2.1% (the amount is not specified), and 58% of their volume falls on small and medium-sized businesses. The unemployment rate in Crimea dropped to 2.2%.
