The winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” were awarded in Crimea

The RTK meeting began with an award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency”. The list of winners and runners-up can be found Here.

The competition has been held annually since 2000, in two stages — at the regional and federal levels. It provides an opportunity for organizations to demonstrate active internal corporate policies, achievements in working with personnel, improving working conditions and safety, developing social partnerships, promoting a healthy lifestyle for employees, and others. Based on the results of the regional stage of the competition, by decision of the RTK, taking into account the proposals of the expert working group, 15 employers were identified as winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the competition in 2024.

Next, representatives of the parties to the social partnership of Crimea discussed issues in the field of social and labor relations. The agenda included issues of support for SVO participants, implementation of Agreements on information interaction between the Social Fund of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and employers of the region on the submission of employee documents for carrying out advance work on verification and preparation of documents for the assignment of pensions, including for the purpose of forming a full individual personal account, mechanisms for supporting industry in the Republic of Crimea, work on recording the pension rights of citizens on individual personal accounts for the assignment of pensions and benefits in 2024.

Also during the meeting, it was reported that the parties to the social partnership entered into collective negotiations on October 9, 2024 to extend the validity of the Republican Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, republican trade union associations, employers’ associations for 2022-2024 or concluding an agreement for a new period.
