The winners of the «Best New Year's Toy — 2024» competition were awarded in the Children's Park of Simferopol

According to good tradition, on the eve of the New Year holidays, the “Capital Parks” institution invited young Simferopol residents to take part in the creative competition “Best New Year’s Toy — 2024” and make decorations for the green beauty with their own hands. More than 50 bright and original works were submitted to the competition in the Children’s Park of Simferopol. The guys demonstrated high skill in a wide variety of techniques.
Every year young Simferopol residents delight us with their magnificent works. We sincerely congratulate the winners and thank all participants. We are sure that every child will be pleased to see their New Year’s craft among the festive decorations of their favorite park. This will serve as an excellent incentive for children to develop their creative abilities. And they will give the park an even more soulful and kind New Year’s atmosphere.,” said Deputy Head of Simferopol Administration Danil Smolyarenko.
According to the results of the competition, the winners in the age category of 7-11 years were:
In the age category from 7 to 11 years:
- 1st place – Miroslava Lebedeva (9 years old) with the work “The Rat King”;
- 2nd place – Yesenia Krestyaninova (7 years old) with the work “Winnie the Pooh”;
- 3rd place – Sofia Shestak (9 years old) with the work “Wooden Dragon — Master of the Elements.”
In the age category from 12 to 17 years:
- 1st place — Vadim Bilenko (14 years old) with the work “Snowman’s Magic Meadow”;
- 2nd place – Veronika Kordilevskaya (14 years old) “For Victory”;
- 3rd place – Oksana Elina (12 years old) with her work “Snowman”.
In a solemn atmosphere, the winners were awarded valuable prizes and diplomas, and each participant was given certificates of gratitude. We express special gratitude for the support of the competition to the administration of Simferopol, the Department of Culture and Cultural Heritage of Simferopol, the creative teams of the MB parole «Raduga» and the sponsors of the project — the socially oriented business of the Crimean Association of the Entertainment Industry— reported the MBUK «Capital Parks».
According to the organizers, more than 50 works were submitted to the competition this year. The children made balls, lanterns, dragons, snowmen, Santa Clauses and other fairy-tale characters from a wide variety of materials.
Each toy pleased with its originality and beauty. Determining the winners turned out to be very difficult, because we had to choose the best of the best. All the toys presented for the competition will take their rightful place on the main Christmas tree of the Children’s Park in Simferopol.
