The winners of the “Christmas Star” theatrical miniatures competition were awarded in Sevastopol

Today, at the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity, the winners and prize-winners of the regional competition of Christmas theatrical miniatures «Christmas Star» among preschool educational institutions of Sevastopol were awarded. The event was held as part of the XII Regional Stage of the International Christmas Educational Readings.

I sincerely congratulate the participants and winners of the competition! I would like to note that there were many original and spectacular works. I am glad that 28 preschool institutions in our city took part in the competition and showed their high professionalism. It’s amazing that children at such a young age take part and win in such creative competitions,” commented Deputy Governor Igor Mikheev.

Participants of the event were able to see the winning works.

The festival of theatrical miniatures among kindergartens on the theme of the best holiday of Christmas once again demonstrates to us the sincerity and authenticity of the feelings of children’s hearts, which lovingly accept the good news of our Orthodox culture. For seven years now, the city has been hosting the “Christmas Star” theater competition. This is a competition for kindergartens: children, parents and teachers. It demonstrates the unity of our colleagues and inspires hope for a very good future.,” noted the head of the department of religious education of the Sevastopol Deanery, Mikhail Viktorov.

For participation in the “Christmas Star” competition, gratitude was presented to the leaders of 16 creative teams.

The third place was taken by the teams of preschool institutions:
— kindergarten No. 70;
— kindergarten No. 91;
— kindergarten No. 127;
— Center for psychological, pedagogical, medical and social assistance.

In second place were:
— kindergarten No. 83;
— kindergarten No. 89;
— kindergarten No. 118;
— kindergarten No. 68.

The winners of the “Christmas Star” competition were:
— kindergarten No. 36;
— kindergarten No. 107;
— kindergarten No. 121;
— kindergarten of the Ecotech+ school.

The prize-winners were awarded with certificates and gifts.

The Grand Prix of the competition will be awarded on December 15 at the closing of the XII Regional Stage of the International Christmas Educational Readings, which will be held at the Sevastopol Academic Russian Drama Theater named after A.V. Lunacharsky.
