The winners of the photo competition “Crimea in my heart” were awarded in Moscow

The winners of the All-Russian photo competition “Crimea in my heart”, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the reunification of the peninsula with Russia, were awarded in Moscow. In total, more than a thousand photographs were submitted to the competition, from which the jury selected the best.
The awards ceremony for the winners of the photo competition, organized by the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea with the participation of TASS, took place at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” at VDNKh. Among them are both professional photographers and amateurs. The Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko read out the welcoming speech of the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksenov to the winners and participants of the competition.
In the “Me and Crimea” category, the winners were Oleg Feofanov from Simferopol (professional) and Anna Dovgal from St. Petersburg (amateur). A Crimean resident sent his work “I would like to go to the stars” to the competition, and a resident of the northern capital of Russia won the jury with her photo “Black Sea mullet”, taken back in 2014.
In the “From Crimea with Love” category, Andrei Burdeyny from Yalta won among professionals with his shot “Yalta Lighthouse during a Storm.”
Among amateurs, the photograph of Irina Artemova from Moscow was recognized as the best in this category. The photo shows a morning horse drive near the White Rock in the Belogorsk region.
The winners were awarded certificates for a five-day vacation for two in the South Coast hotels Mriya Resort & SPA, Yalta Intourist, Foros Wellness&Park sanatorium, and the New World hotel complex. The winners from the regions will be delivered to Crimea and back by Tavria trains from the Grand Service Express carrier company.
In addition, the Tavrida art cluster chose a photograph in the special category “Young Author”. This is “Lenticular Cloud” from Daria Donskikh from Moscow. As a prize, the Muscovite received a certificate for participation in the festival of young art “Tavrida.ART”, which takes place every summer in Kapsel Bay near Sudak.
The winner in the People’s Choice category was the photograph “Horse Driving at Sunset” by Arina Kuzmina from St. Petersburg. Voting for the best photo took place on VKontakte. The winner will have the opportunity to go with the VK Mesta project on a ten-day expedition around Crimea.
Let us remind you that until March 29 in Moscow, on Tverskoy Boulevard in front of the TASS headquarters, there is a photo exhibition with the 20 best works that were submitted to the “Crimea in my heart” photo competition. You can also see these photographs at the photo exhibition at VDNKh.
