The winners of the regional semi-final of the All-Russian competition “Flagships of Education” were determined in Sevastopol

The two-day competitive tests of the regional semi-final of the all-Russian competition “Flagships of Education” of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” have ended in Sevastopol. This is a competition for the professional and career growth of managers in the field of education, talented teachers and promising young students of all areas of study over 18 years of age, as well as entrepreneurs engaged in educational activities.

24 Sevastopol residents passed the distance selection and competed for the title of the best and the opportunity to represent the Hero City at the All-Russian stage. As part of the regional semi-final, the contestants passed three tests and an interview with the head of the Department of Education and Science. A team of experts assessed the participants’ personal qualities, their professional experience, and ability to work in a team.

The winners of the regional semi-final of the competition were Natalia Kozoriz, deputy director for educational work, primary education teacher at school No. 22 named after. N.A. Ostryakov; Tatyana Eremeeva, director of school No. 20; Irina Tsys, deputy director for educational work, chemistry teacher at school No. 25 named after. M.S. Drapushko.

My motto: “Take action! Just go ahead! For the first time I took part in the “Flagships of Education” competition. I am sincerely grateful to my school and team for their support. The competition helped to demonstrate the qualities of a leader. Thanks to the organizers and participants, the atmosphere cannot be expressed in words, the energy and knowledge gained here are worth a lot,” notes Natalia Kozoriz.

The desire to create, improve, perseverance, perseverance — these are the qualities that made me a winner. The creative atmosphere, professional competition, and worthy competitors of the competition allowed each participant to reveal their talents and demonstrate their ability to work as a team. Every teacher, deputy director, director must believe in themselves! I am proud that I am the flagship of education in Sevastopol, – says Tatyana Eremeeva.

Irina Tsys participated in the competition for the second time in a row. This year she managed to become the winner.

My credo is faith in one’s strengths, the desire for self-development and constant learning. The competition gives you the opportunity to test your strength and understand where to grow. Now the winners will have to prepare for the final federal round, where Sevastopol residents will compete with managers from other regions. The strongest will be included in the personnel reserve of the Russian education system. Also, as part of the regional semi-final, an educational intensive took place in the form of a business game “Non-Detective Stories” (A new look at the meeting of the Headquarters for Educational Work).
