The Yalta resident was stubborn and refused to remove the tinting from the Kruzak windows — he was arrested

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Yalta held the driver liable for failure to comply with the requirement to remove the tint

June 8, at 16:30 on the street. In Kievskaya in Yalta, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate stopped the car «Toyota Land Cruiser» under the control of a 45-year-old driver. When inspecting the car, the inspectors found that the light transmission capacity of the front side windows does not meet the established requirements.

Upon further verification, it was found that in June of this year, employees of the State traffic inspectorate had already brought the driver to administrative responsibility under Part 3.1 of Art. 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for such a violation, but did not eliminate it. In this regard, the man was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3.1 of Art. 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for the applied tinting, as well as under Part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for non-compliance with established requirements— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

The Yalta City Court ruled against the driver to impose an administrative arrest for a period of one day.

The State traffic inspectorate recalls that in accordance with the technical regulations on the safety of wheeled vehicles, the light transmission capacity of the windshield, as well as the front side windows, must be at least 70%.
