The youth of Crimea will take part in the World Youth Festival

The World Youth Festival starts on March 1, representatives of Crimean youth have passed the qualifying stage and for them this is an excellent opportunity to show the cultural and historical heritage of Crimea, as well as the region’s modern achievements in education, science and art.
From March 1 to 7, the World Youth Festival will be held on the federal territory of Sirius — the largest youth event in the world, which will be held according to the Decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The youth of the Republic of Crimea will also take part in this large-scale international event. The festival will welcome 20,000 Russian and foreign young leaders from more than 180 countries in the field of business, media, international cooperation, culture, science, education, volunteering and charity, sports, various spheres of public life, as well as teenagers representing various children’s organizations and associations .
The Crimean delegation of 45 participants and 10 volunteers is preparing not only to take part in the event, but also to welcome international activists from 21 countries of the world to the peninsula.
Participation in such a unique celebration of youth gives children the opportunity to show the world their talents, culture and vision of the future. Participants will be able to get acquainted with global trends, broaden their horizons, find new friends and allies, and be inspired for new accomplishments and achievements. Gain experience that can be used in your region.
These are new prospects for cooperation between countries in science and education, culture, sports, ecology, in the field of technology and innovation, the humanities and social activities.
Crimea has always been famous for its cultural diversity and talented young people. The youth of the republic will become worthy representatives of our peninsula in the international arena,” said Vladislav Yezin, deputy head of the regional headquarters of the Crimean regional branch of RSO.
The program will include not only discussions and lectures, but also an exhibition program, cultural exchange, sports competitions and joint training, volunteer activities and travel. Festival guests will be able to take part in master classes, discussions, panel sessions and training sessions, see performances by the best creative groups, and spend time in the evenings at concerts and talk shows with famous artists.
