There are more than 500 service windows in the Crimean offices of municipal and state services “My Documents”

The Head of the Republic of Crimea in his Telegram channel spoke about some aspects of the work of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services”. According to Sergei Aksenov, ten years ago, to obtain a certificate, a citizen had to go through several authorities, fill out a bunch of applications and spend a lot of time, and today, thanks to the development of the MFC system in Crimea, the provision of public services has become as simple and transparent as possible.

Now in our republic there are 506 service windows for applicants in My Documents centers and offices. There are also 81 windows in the user support sectors. Thanks to this, the applicant can immediately fill out, attach and print all the necessary documents and receive the necessary service on the public services portal, especially if it is not provided at the MFCsaid the Head of Crimea.

Increasing the number of services provided allows us to quickly and efficiently resolve emerging issues and eliminate bureaucratic barriers. As the Head of the Republic clarified, today the MFC provides more than 150 services, including 70 federal, 22 regional, 49 municipal, 15 other services.

Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that the list of services for participants in special military operations and hostilities is planned to be expanded, as well as to typify and convert municipal services into electronic form, and to organize their reception on an extraterritorial basis.

In addition, by September 2025, more than 30 new services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea will be provided through the MFC on the principles of extraterritorial reception.
