In Feodosia today a competition was held to fill the position of head of the city administration. 3 people took part in the competition. Four submitted documents, but one of the candidates recused himself at the very last moment. After the necessary competitive procedure, two finalists were selected: Igor Tkachenko, who scored 70 points, and Vitaly Pavlyuchenko, who scored 57 points.
During the work of the commission, an interactive voting took place, in which 1,157 residents of the Feodosia District took part. Their opinion coincided with the opinion of the commission: 796 people voted for Igor Tkachenko, 198 residents of the district voted for Vitaly Pavlyuchenko.
The nominations of the winners of the competition were submitted for consideration by the deputy corps of the Feodosia City Council. During the session, the people’s representatives unanimously (26 people in the hall) elected Igor Tkachenko as the head of the administration of Feodosia (before that he served as first deputy head of the administration).

He also noted that it is important for the head of the municipality to show sincere concern for the residents. Where this exists, that’s where the leaders seek public support, and therefore positive results from their work.
The head of the municipal formation of the Feodosia city district — Chairman of the Feodosia City Council, Vyacheslav Musaev, noted that work with Igor Tkachenko as the first deputy head of administration has shown results, joint projects have been outlined that now need to be implemented.
Igor Tkachenko thanked everyone for their trust and support, noting that he would make every effort to further develop the city district and implement the task of making Feodosia a leader among Crimean cities.

Igor Tkachenko is 45 years old. He is a native of Feodosia. Higher education. In 2000 he graduated from Kherson State Technical University with a degree in finance and credit. Over the years, he worked in private structures, such as KP «Argon», LLC «Atan-Crimea», LLC «Inter Shelf», LLC «Kedr», and since September of this year — deputy head of the administration of Feodosia.
